My Background

I’m here to guide and teach you how to change your food and fitness habits for a lifetime of healthy and fit living. Since 2021, I’ve taught clients how to take hold of their lives through daily fitness and nutrition choices.

Raising kids, focusing on other’s needs, and running a household had me depleted and out of shape. I gained over 70 pounds with my first born. Endless cardio workouts weren’t feasible or working for me. I needed a proactive way to get and stay in shape. Through increasing my strength (safely) and food planning I lost the 70lb’s, as well as, changed my body composition (increasing lean body mass). Since then, I’ve helped many women and men develop and MAINTAIN their ideal body compositions. They all have obtained a higher level of fitness & nutrition knowledge, as well as, established firm habit practices.
