About Becky

I started out my nutrition journey in college, studying Dietetics at Oregon State University. Learning what we put in our bodies and how that affects health has always been interesting to me.

After college my life got busy with marriage and raising three lovely children. It’s the best and most fulfilling job in the world to be able to raise your children at home, but there is a little of us, as mothers, that gets lost in the craziness of year after year making snacks, reading books to the kids, and playing at the park. I was out of shape, didn’t feel great about how I looked physically and knew I should be eating better for my health.

In 2018, I decided to get my Personal Training Certificate to learn how to fully train my body and to give it the nutrition it needs. In the past 3 years I’ve learned that, as busy mothers, we can train our bodies fully, at home, and get in the best shape of our lives. Let me help you see it too.
